Returns

• To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Handcrafted items may have slight variations in color, design, or finish — these are natural and not considered defects.

How to Initiate a Return

• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
